Choose the day you want to book. The selected day is identified by the blue border. The day filled in blue represents today.
Good to know: If you choose the "All week" box, you can make a booking for the entire week with just one click. Additionally, you can select "Non-working days" to add Saturday and Sunday. All selected days will be marked in dark gray.
Next, choose the location from the drop-down menu where you wish to make the booking. Here, you have the option to select from all the locations available within your organization. Additionally, you can enable the "Book for a guest" slider to make bookings for guests.
In the second drop-down menu, if applicable, you have the option to choose different office levels, parking spaces, and conference rooms. You can also access a floor plan through the map, which will appear as a pop-up.
Afterward, select a workspace by choosing the "Please select item" option from the drop-down menu. This will display the bookable desks, parking spaces, and conference rooms available in the chosen location.
Next, you'll need to determine the duration for which you want to reserve the workspace. The default setting is from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, but you can customize it to your specific needs. Once you've made all the necessary adjustments, simply click on the blue "Book" button to confirm your reservation.
If you wish to modify or delete your booking, you can find these options in the booked days report. To edit, click on the pencil icon, and to delete, click on the trash bin icon.
