Overview of services

Shipping software

ShipXpert provides on-premise shipping software that acts as an interface between selected ERP systems and transport service providers.

Integration

ShipXpert can be connected to your ERP system within 30 minutes. You can now send your first shipment based on a document created in the ERP system without having to manually enter recipient data. The ShipXpert experts will assist you with the configuration or, if you wish, carry it out directly.

Training

However, the software often represents only a small component of the overall process. In our training courses, we place great importance on ensuring that your employees understand and are able to implement this process.

Support

Despite thorough preparation, questions may arise during operation. Our support team is available 24 hours a day by phone or email to help you find a solution.

Further development

Standing still means falling behind! That's why ShipXpert products are constantly being developed further. Your suggestions and requests are incorporated directly into the development process. What's more, further development means a high level of protection for your investment.

On-Premises

Direct access to your receipts

The documents you have created in the ERP system are suggested for dispatch. You can select the desired document for dispatch by double-clicking or using a search function.

Quick mode

Quick mode makes shipping even faster: print the document number as a barcode on your document, and shipping is triggered directly with a simple scan.

Packaging

Some transport service providers require you to specify the type of packaging material and dimensions. You can therefore enter the packaging materials you use in our software. This means that only the packaging materials you use are available to you and you do not need to enter the dimensions every time.

Automatic parcel system

If you already know which packaging materials will be used when creating the shipping document, you can also use the automatic packaging function, which creates the corresponding packages based on the packaging materials listed in the document.

References

You decide which reference texts are automatically transferred to the transport service provider and printed on the label so that the recipient can more easily identify the shipment.

Email notification

Want to keep your customers up to date? ShipXpert offers you the option of sending shipping notifications with a link to track the shipment via the transport service provider or a customized email. You can send customized emails in the recipient's language.

Neutral shipping

If you are shipping on behalf of a third party and do not want to be identified as the sender, you can send domestic shipments anonymously. Your invoice recipient will then be listed as the sender.

Feedback on shipment information

Basic shipment information, such as the shipment number, weight, and tracking URL, can be written back to your ERP system, to the document. This means you also have access to all the necessary information there at any time.

Broadcast archive

All shipments that have been recorded can be found in the archive. Since ShipXpert Shipping is not licensed per workstation, you can use ShipXpert Shipping not only in shipping, but also in internal sales. Double-clicking on the archive will bring up the shipment tracking information, allowing you to immediately answer any questions your customer may have about the shipment status.

Invoice verification

Trust is good, control is better! You regularly receive invoices from your transport service providers. Often, you would be happy if you could at least check the number of shipments billed. We have a solution for this too: we provide you with a list of shipments that can be filtered by time period. This can also be exported as an Excel file.

Address validation

To ensure that your goods reach the customer without delay, we have integrated address validation. This automatically corrects spelling mistakes and suggests possible alternatives in the event of major discrepancies. These are displayed with a score and a map for better classification.

Function

It functions like an on-premise installation, but you don't have to worry about the technology. We take care of the hosting, which is operated on servers in Germany. This means you always remain GDPR compliant.

API access for connecting your own applications – monthly billing and monthly cancellation option
