Together with accounting and its programs for financial accounting, asset accounting, and cost accounting, merchandise management forms the core of your business IT. This is where the work processes from merchandise planning, warehousing, and sales come together.
A good merchandise management system has to meet high requirements: mapping of the pricing system, clear customer and supplier management, and flexible warehouse management.
In WinLine FAKT's document management system for order processing, you can manage sales documents consistently across all processing stages. Data recorded by your sales representatives on the go is also entered directly into the document management system. Checking mechanisms such as discounts, cash discounts, delivery restrictions, and credit limits ensure fast, automated order processing.
Based on sales, stock levels, and replenishment days, our automatic ordering system supports you in procuring goods in the WinLine merchandise management system. In addition to multi-warehouse capability, WinLine FAKT offers clear and flexible management of items in colors and sizes, with serial numbers or even batches. This allows you to see the variants, quantities, and storage location of an item at a glance.
Thanks to the complete integration of accounting and merchandise management, data from order processing or warehouse management flows into financial accounting and cost accounting. You can also automatically transfer your customer orders to the WinLine PROD production module. Numerous interfaces, e.g. to cash registers, time recording systems, web shops, and much more, make WinLine FAKT a well-rounded solution for your company.
WinLine FAKT is your complete solution for order processing as well as warehouse, material, and merchandise management. You are choosing a comprehensive yet convenient program:
WinLine FIBU offers comprehensive cost accounting. Data from financial accounting, asset accounting, and payroll accounting is automatically consolidated here, forming the basis for meaningful evaluations.
In cost accounting, you can perform analyses based on cost types, cost units, and cost centers. You can also carry out preliminary and final calculations for articles or projects. This gives you an optimal overview of cost development at all times.
The journal and cost center sheet are among the tools available for monitoring running costs. This allows you to see your operating result at a glance, but also to carry out a cost unit income statement, which shows the profit or loss of the individual cost units.
The comprehensive statistics section in cost accounting also allows you to compare budgets based on cost centers and cost objects. This enables you to identify trends in good time and take immediate countermeasures if necessary.
Here are the most important functions at a glance:
With the LIAN (liquidity analysis) module, you are always informed about your current financial situation and can also determine your future financing requirements at the touch of a button.
Depending on which data you use for your liquidity analysis, the final evaluation shows the current status of liquid funds. You can decide for yourself whether you want to view only the current week or get an overview of several weeks. If desired, you can also export the data to Microsoft Excel for further processing. You can use the following data as a basis for your calculations:
In addition to liquidity analysis, you can also use the WinLine LIAN module to check your customers' payment behavior. This allows you to determine the period within which your customers settle their outstanding invoices. You can also determine the default interest and thus the costs of poor payment behavior.
The average number of payment days and the average discount percentage determined in this way can also be written back to the personal account master data in WinLine.
With our modules for electronic balance sheets (E-balance sheet), companies in Germany and Austria can submit their company balance sheets electronically—directly from WinLine Financial Accounting (FIBU)—to the relevant tax office.
If you are an entrepreneur in Austria, our WinLine EBILANZ AT module supports you in the electronic transfer of your balance sheet and its submission to the commercial register of the relevant commercial court. The transfer is carried out in XML format via FinanzOnline. The tool takes into account the schemas specified for all legal forms for the transfer of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement.
When creating the data, you can choose whether you want to output the company balance sheet, the annual financial statement data, or both. Depending on your selection, an individual structure is always used, which you can edit (insert items, change descriptions, add notes, etc.).
When outputting your electronic balance sheet data, an assistant tool in WinLine guides you step by step.
According to § 5b of the Income Tax Act, all entrepreneurs and tradespeople who are required to keep accounts are obliged to submit their tax balance sheets or reconciliation statements and profit and loss statements electronically to the relevant tax office. The balance sheet can be reported electronically for the first time for the 2012 financial year.
The WinLine EBILANZ DE module implements the requirements of the Federal Ministry of Finance. With it, you can, among other things:
Group consolidation in WinLine FIBU enables cross-client master data maintenance and data evaluation. To do this, specify in the account master data which data areas are to be maintained centrally and which are to continue to be stored separately in the individual clients.
This makes it possible, for example, to record changes in the personal account master data across clients, while payment terms continue to be defined on a client-specific basis. Group consolidation simplifies many processes in your company. You can choose to create your sales tax return (UVA) individually for each client, or you can issue a consolidated UVA that totals the returns for multiple clients. This option greatly simplifies things for groups of companies that have to report a single UVA for their various branches.
The consolidation function also applies to automatic posting. Select posting batches from different clients from the main or a subclient and post them centrally. The individual posting batches and action plans are stored in the individual clients. You can also process period and annual depreciation for several clients at the same time and post it automatically in WinLine FIBU.
For cross-client evaluations, you define a “leading” client in which all data from the sub-clients is merged. Here you can then evaluate the assigned data in detail and in summary. This applies, for example, to reporting in the CRM area or to the evaluation of open items and balances.
Data checking is also simplified. The program conveniently checks the data of the selected main and/or sub-clients for consistency, integrity, and plausibility in a single run.
The “Foreign currency” module in WinLine is used to manage open items and dunning in foreign currencies. You can manage an unlimited number of currencies with up to six exchange rates each in WinLine. You can also set individual reminder fees for invoices in different currencies and determine the expense and income accounts to which exchange rate gains and losses are to be posted.
In the posting history, simply enter the amount in foreign currency and the program automatically calculates the account posting and open items in the local currency. When you clear the open items, the exchange gain or loss is calculated and posted based on the current exchange rate. Any cash discount granted is also converted into the local currency.
If an invoice is not paid on time, you can send reminders in foreign currency and foreign languages. This ensures that your customer understands your reminder.
Are your customers also your suppliers, and do you want to offset receivables and payables against each other? Then the DEB/KRED module is for you.
Simply store the defined offsetting account in the customer or vendor account and decide which accounts you want to offset against each other – receivables against payables, payables against receivables, or both. Then, all you need to do is press a button in payment transactions to initiate the offsetting.
An accounting area is the smallest organizational unit for which complete accounting can be mapped. This includes the recording of all events that must be posted, such as the recording of current business transactions and the preparation of the annual financial statements, as well as the balance sheet and profit and loss statement. With the BUKR module, you can set up different company codes for each WinLine client in order to manage the accounting for several independent companies at the same time. You can either store the company codes in the posting types or assign them to a posting record in each available posting window. The data can also be selected by company code for later evaluations.
With the help of the VST AT module, the input tax refund procedure in Austria is automated and carried out electronically. Submit your application to FinanzOnline, which will forward it to the tax authorities of the member states.
Optimize your balance sheet with the help of dialog accounting. During posting, all balance, profit, and loss valuations are displayed so that you can try out different variants outside of the actual posting.
Carry out budgeting based on accounts and balance sheet ratios and compare the current actual values with your budget targets. Based on the deviation determined, you can see whether you are still on target or in which direction you need to take countermeasures.
Automatically post incoming and outgoing payments based on data carriers provided by your house bank. Based on the imported files, discounts are automatically calculated and (partial) settlements of open items are made.
The KABU module is used to evaluate cash accounts by date and posting numbers.
Get a free consultation now!The Purchasing module is all about timing. After all, precise planning is essential for on-time order fulfillment. This is where the module for supplier ordering—Purchasing—comes into play.
In WinLine, the purchasing module is initiated from the order confirmation or production. You can choose whether you want to place an order with your suppliers for a single order (e.g., if the customer order has a very high priority or to keep stock levels low) or whether you want to trigger your supplier orders based on existing stock levels (e.g., to guarantee constant delivery readiness).
With this option, you specify a minimum stock level. The program then determines the optimal ordering time for the automatic supplier order. However, before you finally place the order, you have the option of manually revising the order proposals. When the goods are subsequently received, automatic postings are made to the warehouse, financial accounting, and cost accounting in WinLine.
The WinLine module for purchasing and supplier ordering thus provides you with an optimal overview of your ordered, already received, and pending goods orders. You can immediately see which deliveries are still pending at the agreed delivery time and can notify your suppliers directly from the program about the missing goods.
Multi-warehouse management in WinLine FAKT offers you efficient article management in main and secondary warehouses.
This allows you to see at a glance which warehouse the desired article is located in. Convenient evaluation tools ensure that you have immediate access to warehouse lists and stock levels. You can also track which items a customer has purchased from you and from which warehouse these items originate.
Similar to the management of multiple warehouses, this tool also allows you to process items in so-called “variants,” such as colors and sizes, batches, and serial/identification numbers.
The goods picking module supports you in managing and tracking goods for which you offer different types of packaging (e.g., box, carton, pallet).
This allows you to track at any time which item packaging was used to deliver goods to a specific customer. You define individual forms for each type of packaging so that you can automatically issue specific shipping labels and accompanying documents for the shipment of goods.
Once customer orders have been picked, they are also taken into account in the evaluations of the WinLine merchandise management system (e.g., in article lists, in the article journal, or in the inventory list for a specific date).
Anyone who wants to work on a project across locations and companies needs the advantages of a project management system – such as the one we offer with WinLine PROJECT. From recording and management to tracking and budgeting, you can keep an eye on your projects right from the start.
Assign different statuses to your projects and track their progress. To stay up to date at all times, you can set up workflows. This means you automatically receive a notification as soon as a certain project status is reached. Projects are budgeted on the basis of items and resources, so that the scope of a project can be determined in terms of costs and time. If desired, you can transfer project costs directly to WinLine's cost accounting system, where you can immediately assign them to the project-specific cost objects.
Authorization schemes control which employees can view a project and make corresponding data entries. You can assign each project its own authorization scheme.
The WinLine quality management system (QMS) supports you in organizing and carrying out test requirements and tests, as well as in releasing and blocking articles. This enables you to ensure optimum product quality. The QMS also allows you to carry out complete article tracking in accordance with EU Regulation 178/2002.
Quality management is integrated throughout the entire WinLine program. This ensures that only items, batches, or semi-finished goods that have been released are taken into account in production planning or order processing. However, not all of your items may require release before sale or further processing. Define the release statuses required in your company individually and specify which articles, batches, or semi-finished goods are subject to release checks.
Using evaluations in WinLine FAKT, you can track an item or batch seamlessly at any time. This allows you to see exactly which customer has received a particular item, which product a particular batch has been used in, or which batches a product consists of.
Foreign currency invoicing is important for companies that enter documents in foreign currencies in order processing. In WinLine, you can create an unlimited number of currencies with up to six different exchange rates. This gives you maximum flexibility when entering invoices.
Define your own foreign currency documents and specify whether you want to pre-assign one of the six possible exchange rates or whether the exchange rate should be selected directly when the document is created. From this point on, many other steps are carried out automatically, such as displaying the foreign currency price, selecting foreign-language documents, or posting to the revenue account designated for foreign sales.
The values for warehousing, statistics, financial accounting, cost accounting, and substitute billing are also automatically converted into the local currency.
The trade bill of materials combines several articles into a new trade article. The finished products are later listed in the statistics, where you can assign batch and serial/identification numbers for both the end product and the components it contains.
This module offers you comprehensive offer tracking. Here you can see which of your offers have not yet been ordered, which orders you still have to deliver, and which delivered orders have not yet been invoiced.
Automatic documents make it easier for you to create and issue regularly recurring documents such as service contracts and invoices, rental agreements, or fees. Simply duplicate your outgoing document and specify the intervals at which the invoices are to be reissued (weekly, monthly, annually, etc.). From now on, you can write hundreds of documents at the touch of a button.
With the ANAB module, you can calculate partial invoices or general installment amounts. The respective postings are automatically transferred to WinLine Financial Accounting.
SALES is designed to support your telephone sales. Resubmission lists and overviews of the latest customer deliveries provide your employees with an optimal overview. New orders can be created easily from the last deliveries.
Carry out budgeting for articles, customers, suppliers, and representatives, and then compare the specified target values with the actual values incurred.
A contract covers the purchase of a specific quantity of articles within a specified period. To keep track of this, WinLine provides you with a contract management system where you can record your agreements with customers and suppliers. This means you always know which contracts are about to expire, which contracts are in arrears and which are still open.
With the INTRASTAT module, you can automate reports on your company's intra-Community imports/exports of goods to the relevant authorities in Germany or Austria.
DATANORM is a defined standard procedure for the exchange of article master data between manufacturers, specialist dealers, and tradespeople. This interface allows you to import article and price data into WinLine FAKT.
The FORMEL module allows you to perform very specific calculations in document entry. To do this, provide additional input fields, query specific properties of articles/customers, or create complex calculations, and the system automatically determines prices, discounts, or total values.
Receive, send, process, and archive your invoices digitally in WinLine with immediate effect. Importing invoice data from your suppliers into WinLine financial accounting is also easy with our eBilling interface. A standardized XML interface (ebInterface) ensures smooth data transfer in accordance with legal requirements.
With the standardized WinLine interface to the AES for you! customs transmission system from BEX Components AG, you can exchange data with the customs authorities electronically. All data subject to reporting requirements, e.g., KN8 commodity code, commodity description, document number, and invoice price, is transmitted to the customs authorities. For more information on ATLAS Export, visit the German customs website or Wikipedia.
WinLine CRM software for customer relationship management is a complete system for sales, marketing, and service, making it the perfect solution for customer loyalty in your company.
Customer relations are the key to success for every successful company. WinLine CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software supports you in your daily data management and provides all the important information you need for successful new and follow-up business.
The preconfigured start screens, known as “cockpits,” are specially tailored to the various tasks in sales, marketing, service, and management by compiling the necessary data and functions (e.g., tasks, addresses, evaluations, or reports) in a role-based manner. You can manage your cockpit individually, adapt it according to priorities and tasks, expand it, or design additional cockpits.
Using the mobile Connect to WinLine CRM via smartphone or tablet, you can respond quickly to inquiries while on the go or enter data into your WinLine ERP/CRM system. And all this in real time via specially programmed apps. By integrating your mobile business processes into your IT strategy, you gain increased flexibility, productivity, and cost reductions, thereby strengthening your competitive position.
In addition to the WinLine programs for ERP, the WinLine CRM system is another core product of our comprehensive business software solution. CRM supports you in your daily tasks in sales, marketing, and service:
Analyze your customers' buying behavior, identify potential for additional and complementary sales, and ensure not only greater customer satisfaction but also higher sales! WinLine CRM software supports your sales staff across the board. You have access to all relevant customer data at all times, enabling you to exploit opportunities for success in a targeted and consistent manner. Thanks to integration with WinLine ERP programs, information such as article stock levels, delivery times, customer discounts, and conditions, etc. can also be accessed.
Contacts are the most important asset for the sales department. That's why WinLine CRM gives you constant access to the current status, the entire history, the responsible contact persons, etc. Based on this data, you can control further actions and processes, such as special offers for supplementary or additional sales, discount campaigns, and much more.
With the help of the TAPI connection, the system establishes a telephone connection to the desired contact person with a single click. Using so-called “quick functions,” notes can be recorded during the call and then saved with the respective contact. This ensures that no information is lost.
The control and monitoring of leads is a decisive factor in everyday sales. This is where sales are generated and opportunities explored. In WinLine CRM, you can track the entire process step by step, from contact entry to quotation creation to closing the sale. During the ongoing acquisition process, you evaluate the sales opportunities and decide which customers should receive the most attention.
Want to wish your customers a happy birthday, invite them to an open house, or offer them a replacement model for an item? With the integrated list wizard, you can define your selection criteria and create your lists and overviews step by step. You can display these on the screen, export them to Microsoft Excel for further processing, or save them in your cockpit for regular access.
You can create your personal to-do list based on your defined appointments and tasks. This ensures that you are always reminded of the tasks that need to be completed.
With a CRM program in marketing, you can seamlessly control and monitor your marketing activities. Through continuous customer contact, you have the opportunity to create, recognize, and ultimately meet demand. The use of a CRM system in marketing thus serves to effectively prepare and support your sales activities.
In addition to sales, CRM plays an important role in marketing. The targeted control and monitoring of campaigns, campaign implementation, and contacting customers and prospects via newsletters, form letters, or email are just some of the possibilities offered by the WinLine CRM program.
Create selections based on personal accounts, contacts, contact persons, representatives, and/or employees to prepare your campaign. A selection wizard guides you through the rest of the selection process. Here you define the criteria according to which the target group contacts are to be compiled. Several criteria can be combined (e.g., customers from postal code area X who have purchased product Z within a period of time Y).
Once the addresses have been selected, you can control your mailings via campaign management. Write your texts directly in the system or select an individual template and send your personalized information directly online to the selected addresses via the integrated outbox. With campaign management, you can create, send, print, and save serial emails and letters, lists, and evaluations.
Send your latest press releases with WinLine CRM. Decide whether you want to use the entire press distribution list or only address specific contacts.
Put your trust in the CRM solution for service, because services and products on the market are becoming increasingly comparable. This makes fast and customer-friendly service all the more important.
The WinLine CRM software offers many possible applications in service: as a help desk system for handling customer inquiries, for field service to record service reports and orders, or for automated complaint management with escalation warnings. This makes the mesonic WinLine CRM system a real asset for your customer service too!
Handle inquiries, complaints, service contracts, and support activities via WinLine CRM. Defined workflows control which steps are to be taken next on a case-by-case basis. Automatic notification functions and warnings ensure that no inquiry is forgotten. You can record the time spent on each inquiry for accurate cost calculation.

Systematic evaluations play a crucial role in business development. With the professional WinLine BI tools, you can evaluate data from all WinLine program areas and obtain meaningful information for operational and strategic business decisions. To ensure that you get exactly the evaluation you need from the huge amount of WinLine data, a data assistant guides you step by step through the application. The result is a multidimensional analysis, known as a “cube.” This makes it very easy to evaluate even large amounts of data.
WinLine offers numerous options for the visual display of your analyses: Decide whether you want to output your evaluations in tabular, graphical, or calendar form, for example. If desired, you can clearly compare the different variants in a single screen mask (“dashboard”).
With the help of geographical evaluations, you can also identify high- and low-turnover regions, high- and low-selling items in individual sales areas, the distribution of debtors, etc. – all based on the customer data recorded in WinLine.
Additional modules
Alongside financial accounting and cost accounting, asset accounting is the third pillar of accounting. This is where all your fixed assets are recorded and managed.
Asset accounting, financial accounting, and cost accounting are fully integrated in the WinLine product lines. Various depreciation options offer you maximum flexibility and lay the foundation for a range of important decisions: investment planning, liquidity planning, or procurement.
With WinLine Asset Accounting (ANBU), you have your financial and investment planning firmly under control. You can see exactly how much money you have invested in an asset and what useful life can be expected from it. This allows you to optimally plan the liquid funds required for replacement.
Asset accounting in WinLine offers comprehensive options for displaying fixed assets: Additions, partial additions, subsequent additions, disposals, and sub-assets can all be posted. Residual values and scrap values can also be stored. When valuing fixed assets, you can decide whether you want to depreciate them based on tax law, commercial law, or calculatory depreciation, and which depreciation method should apply to the respective asset.
The extensive evaluations in WinLine ANBU provide you with a comprehensive overview of your fixed assets: asset schedules, acquisition and disposal lists, inventory overviews, and other graphical evaluations covering multiple years leave nothing to be desired.
The use of the asset accounting module in WinLine completes your accounting solution. The program is characterized by its high degree of flexibility and thus offers you decisive advantages:

WinLine business SYSTEM and WinLine corporate SYSTEM offer a wide range of functions. These include reporting, form design, and import/export. Find out what possibilities the system tools offer you and how you can make the most of them for your company.
The WinLine SYSTEM provides you with many helpful tools that make your daily work even easier:
WinLine INFO bundles the information available in WinLine on customers, prospects, articles, representatives, projects, employees, etc. in an overview. The data from all WinLine program components is compressed and summarized for you at a glance.
With the tool for importing and exporting master data, e.g., personal/real accounts, articles, prices, employees, contact persons, you can synchronize data between two systems based on selectable file formats (ASCII, XLS, MDB, etc.). This allows you, for example, to import existing address data from Microsoft® Excel into WinLine or to perform a master data comparison between central and branch clients.
The WinLine CAMPAIGN tool enables you to manage campaigns in your company. Write your texts directly in the system or select an individual template and send the personalized information directly online to the selected addresses via the integrated outbox. Or create, send, print, and save serial emails and letters as well as lists and evaluations.
Manage your documents and receipts generated within the WinLine system with WinLine ARCHIVE I. Documents are tagged automatically. The archive search function allows you to find and access documents quickly and easily.
Use the LIST Assistant to quickly and conveniently compile lists and evaluations according to your criteria. Step by step, you make your individual data selection and finally output the evaluation in the structure you have defined.
With the form editor – also known as PDF EDITOR – you can design your own WinLine forms. Whether you want to add your company logo, use specific fonts/colors/sizes, create documents in multiple languages, or design new forms, the form editor offers you a wide range of options for customizing your reports, documents, and more to suit your company's needs. Forms can be imported and exported for external processing at any time.
The WinLine SERVER performs evaluations in the background during ongoing operations without affecting your workflow. Once the evaluation is complete, you are automatically notified and can view the results immediately.
With the Power Report, you can display your lists and – with the support of WinLine OLAP – your evaluations in various formats. This is possible, for example, as a table, a graph, or in calendar form. All variants can also be displayed side by side in a dashboard—similar to the WinLine Cockpit—in a clear and customized layout.
Which region generates the most revenue? Which items sell best where? In which areas are sales weak? How are your open items distributed geographically? What is the geographical distribution of your debtors? The Geo Report answers these and many other questions by evaluating your customer data from a geographical perspective.
WinLine BATCHBELEG supports you with ODBC-based document import/export. For easy data exchange, you can pre-fill fields using templates, define standard filters, and flexibly design the file structure.
With WinLine SAVE I, you control individual authorization assignment and auditing. You can specify which users or user groups should be granted or denied access to entire clients or specific program areas.
The Customizing Tool Kit (CTK) is used to customize individual WinLine windows. Here you can change the standard field names, delete individual input fields or entire menu items, and adapt the WinLine screen masks to the individual needs of each user.
*This module is only included in the WinLine corporate SYSTEM. Not available for the WinLine business SYSTEM.

In industrial manufacturing companies, effective production planning and control are paramount. Special PPS systems such as WinLine PROD provide IT support.
With WinLine PROD, you can carry out all production planning and control in your manufacturing company: from optimizing throughput times and monitoring deadlines and capacities to the economical use of operating resources.
Integration into our WinLine ERP system allows you to control your human and financial resources. The automatic flow of data from production to warehouse management and order processing, and from there to financial accounting, cost accounting, and asset accounting, ensures consistent and efficient work processes.
The integration of the WinLine FAKT merchandise management system ensures the availability of production components and materials. In addition, you can transfer customer orders recorded here directly to the production module for production planning. With the help of resource management, you can determine the utilization, availability, and scheduling of production orders. Effective control instruments ensure a smooth production process.
WinLine PROD enables individual and series production as well as the production of variants. The PPS system ensures increased profits for your company by minimizing production costs and reducing production expenses.
The WINLine PPS system supports you in the optimal planning and control of your manufacturing processes. The decisive factor here is a smooth production process that takes into account capacities, resources, and availability:
The “CRP” (Capacity Resource Planning) module covers capacity planning and supplements the functionalities of our PPS system WinLine PROD with optional rough and detailed resource planning. Rough and detailed planning
For each resource group (e.g., skilled workers), you can specify whether you want to carry out rough or detailed planning of orders – or a mixture of both. Rough planning is based on capacities that can be defined in a shift time calendar using the available resources (number of employees in this period). This makes it possible to take seasonal fluctuations in capacity utilization into account.
Based on the available capacities, all production orders are scheduled in the resource groups using either forward or backward scheduling. To optimize delivery times, you can schedule raw materials or semi-finished products in detail. If the capacity planning information based on resource groups is insufficient, planning can be broken down to the individual resource (employee, machine, etc.) down to the minute. Optimal resource utilization
This detailed planning clearly shows the utilization of the specific resource. Whenever the key date, i.e., the transition between rough and detailed planning, is postponed, the projects are recalculated. All production orders affected by the postponement are then rescheduled and recalculated from the key date.
By using the WinLine PROD FFG module, you can expand your WinLine PROD functionalities to include external production.
In external production, you can outsource production orders either generally or as required. This option can be important if, for example, internal resources are insufficient to execute a customer order on time. Or if certain types of production cannot be carried out in-house (e.g., finishing) and specialists must therefore be called in to implement these specific requirements.
In WinLine PROD FFG, the external manufacturer is treated as a separate storage location and managed as such in the program. This allows you to track exactly which material must be delivered at what time to enable the external manufacturer to produce the ordered parts on time. The necessary delivery documents are issued, with the work order serving as the production order in this case. You can schedule transport times for the outward and return journey of the goods via time-controlled activities so that these are also taken into account in the production process.
Additional modules
With the WinLine archive, all types of internal and external documents can be stored, managed, and retrieved. This applies to incoming documents that are scanned, as well as to the entire COLD area, i.e., letters and calculations and all documents that are generated directly in WinLine, such as quotes, invoices, account statements, reminders, payment overviews, wage data, and much more. The WinLine Archive can automatically tag documents with keywords that can be used to find them again. Once you've searched using the keywords you entered, all documents that match the search profile are displayed.
