How Is Data Security Ensured with CompanyAI?

All data remains exclusively within the agreed security perimeter. This means that CompanyAI is either hosted in the provider's German data centers or deployed entirely on-premises within your own company. Customer data is not used to train AI models. In addition, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR is provided as standard.

Which AI Models Are Used?

The platform exclusively uses self-hosted open-weight models. There are no runtime dependencies on external cloud providers or public APIs. The model portfolio includes curated versions of widely used language and reasoning models, which run locally on the provided GPU infrastructure.

Can CompanyAI Be Integrated with Existing Identity Services?

Yes, the platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO). We support common identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Google Workspace for authentication. User roles and permissions are managed through role-based access controls (RBAC) within the admin panel.

What Is the Difference Between the Business and Enterprise Tiers?

Both tiers offer the same range of features. The main differences lie in usage limits and billing models. Business is designed for up to 500 users with flat-rate licensing. Enterprise starts at 500 users and introduces a usage-based billing component for tokens. Horizontal scaling across multiple nodes is also available exclusively in the Enterprise tier.

Does CompanyAI Support Air-Gapped Environments?

Operating without a permanent internet connection is available as an option. This air-gapped mode requires manual processes for updates and monitoring but provides the highest level of physical isolation from public networks. It is particularly suitable for critical infrastructure and sensitive government data.

How Does the Support Process Work?

User support is provided through an integrated ticketing system. Escalation levels are clearly defined, and secure, encrypted access to Level 3 (L3) support from the platform vendor is available. Response times are governed by the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is contractually agreed upon.
