DSC Career Fair 2026: Careers Meet Sports

For us, the focus was above all on personal interaction: Interested visitors could stop by our booth, learn more about what it’s like to work at Medialine, and strike up a conversation with us right away. Of course, the athletic aspect couldn’t be left out either.

That’s because at the DSC Career Fair, every booth had its own athletic challenge. At Medialine, the challenge was the balance board: While participants tried to stay balanced for as long as possible, they also had to answer questions. Concentration, knowledge, and balance were key—and, of course, the clock was ticking.

This turned the traditional career interview into a somewhat different kind of encounter—one that wasn’t just about résumés and job descriptions, but above all about striking up a casual conversation with one another.

We’re delighted to have been part of the DSC Career Fair again this year and to have given young people insights into the diverse opportunities and career fields in IT.
