I once was flashed by an employee of our newsroom, who was a female. As a guy, I kind of enjoyed it, but when I told the anchor what happened, he made a big deal about it and tried to force me to tell on said employee. I refused, but he told the bossman anyway. The boss made me go to HR with this. So, to answer your question, the employee was warned and kept her job. She treated me like crap the remainder of her stay there.

I would challenge both Produce and Marty to make the remarks they made in the above posts at work, in front of witnesses.
But they both know it would get them reprimanded and /or fired.
